Shipping and Returns

Our main country of distribution is the United States. We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at concierge@isabelgemology.com and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase.

The package we use is Fedex with acknowledgment of receipt, where according to Fedex policies, the receiver must sign for receipt. We also have shipping insurance, that is why in case of a loss, Isabel Gemology is not responsible for it and it would be handled directly with Fedex. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We, at Isabel Gemology, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.

All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on isabelgemology.com. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error. Store credits may be used towards purchases on isabelgemology.com or a customized version of an item on our website. 

Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Isabel Gemology box.

Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.

All non-jewelry, accessory items are FINAL SALE.

Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.

Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
